Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final; however, damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items reported within 7 days of delivery may qualify for a replacement or exchange review. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details and eligibility requirements.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing your account information. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately, as address changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
