Shipping Policy for Quantum Compounds

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on US holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
2. Shipping Methods
We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent services. Shipping options, including standard and expedited, will be available at checkout where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws. Additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have restrictions on export or import; it is your responsibility to verify eligibility.
7. Address Accuracy
You must provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by you.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your package arrives damaged. For damaged items, you must provide proof of damage, including clear, close-up photos of the item, along with your order number and date of order.
9. Customs and Import Regulations
You are responsible for complying with all applicable customs and import regulations. We are not liable for delays or confiscation due to customs.
