Order Accuracy and Inspection
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order at the time of purchase. We recommend inspecting the package upon arrival for any damage or discrepancies.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless specified below:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Your claim must include clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, as well as a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase. We may then issue a replacement at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipment
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Your claim must include clear photographs of the received product and a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase. We will coordinate the shipment of the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the correct product will be shipped after the incorrect item is received and verified.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Products that have been opened or tampered with.
Orders placed incorrectly or canceled after shipment.
Changes or cancellations after the product has been dispatched.
Shipping costs, unless the error is on our part.
Items outside the eligible refund period.
Return Process
To request a refund or replacement, contact our customer service team at quantum01@qcompounds.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Items eligible for return must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and verifying the claim. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Limitations and Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
